Once her training is complete, she descends the mountain to fulfill her destiny—marrying her fated partner, Jiang Xian, who is gravely ill and targeted by his ambitious younger brother, Jiang Che.

At the most critical moment, Bu Ling enters a flash marriage with Jiang Xian and dispels the deadly aura threatening his life, temporarily saving him.
