"Ye Qingmei, who dedicated her heart to reaching the pinnacle of martial arts, was framed and hunted by Wu Mo, the vice leader of the Martial Alliance, for cultivating the world's top secret manual—the Way of Ruthlessness. Unfortunately, her family was dragged into the crisis. After her husband’s tragic death, Ye Qingmei took their son Ren Xiaosu and fled the martial world in accordance with her husband’s dying wish, sealing her own powers while seeking to comprehend the true meaning of the Way of Ruthlessness. Ten years later, the relentless Wu Mo organized a martial arts tournament to track down the “demoness” Ye Qingmei. By then, Ren Xiaosu had become the head disciple of the Chivalry Martial Arts School and was selected as a seeded contestant. Just as he prepared to compete, Ye Qingmei stopped him. During their argument, the Ruthless Martial Arts School—eager to seize both the seeded spot and the Chivalry School’s assets—arrived to challenge them. In the ensuing duel, Ren Xiaosu was forced to use his mother’s infamous “Demon Fist,” which drew immediate attention. He was soon to be taken away by the Martial Alliance when, at the critical moment, Ye Qingmei broke her seal and rescued both him and the members of the Chivalry School.

Determined to uncover the truth behind his father’s death, Ren Xiaosu decided to continue to the tournament. Ye Qingmei joined him, both to seek revenge and to protect her son—and at the competition, she stunned everyone with her skills. After the tournament, as the leadership of the Martial Alliance was about to change hands, Wu Mo grew even more ruthless in eliminating rivals in his bid for power. Eager to learn the truth, Ren Xiaosu accidentally fell into Wu Mo’s trap. To save her son, Ye Qingmei handed over the secret manual, but the recovered memories only deepened Ren Xiaosu’s misunderstandings about her. However, as Wu Mo’s conspiracies came to light and more secrets from the past were revealed, Ren Xiaosu’s heart gradually began to heal. At that moment, Wu Mo returned from intensive training and launched a bloody massacre. No one in the Martial Alliance could stand against him—just as all seemed lost, Ye Qingmei stepped forward once more, subdued Wu Mo, and ended the conflict for good, restoring peace and order to the martial world."
