Back'n'Time respects the work that goes into making a series. If you own the rights to something on this site and you want it gone, we'll take it seriously. Here's how it works.

What can I ask you to remove?

A title page, a preview, or artwork. If you hold the rights and something here shouldn't be, tell us. We'll review it and remove or disable access to it promptly.

How do I send a takedown notice?

Email us. A clear, complete notice helps us move fast. Please include all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being used without permission.
• The exact URL or URLs on this site where that material appears.
• Your contact details, so we can reach you about the notice.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the rights owner or are authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens after I send it?

We review it. If it's valid, we remove or disable access to the material promptly. We may also let the person who uploaded it know, so they have a chance to respond.

What if something was removed by mistake?

You can send a counter-notice. Include the same kind of details: identification of the material that was removed and where it was, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, a statement that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature. Send it to the same email address.

Anything else I should know?

Repeat or abusive notices may be ignored. We'd rather not play that game, so please keep your request honest and specific. If you're unsure whether you hold the rights, check first.
