Mated to my Ex's Royal Lion Uncle

To punish his mate Aelith, Dorian fakes his death and abandons the battlefield, causing 3,000 soldiers to die and House Vael to fall. Years later, he returns with Sable, expecting Aelith to beg for him. Instead, she has rebuilt her life with Lord Regent Caelus and her son Ash.

After Dorian and Sable attack them, Caelus steps in. Facing the lives he ruined, Dorian is sent to the royal cells. Aelith names her lost daughter Maren and finally moves on.
