The story

Dylan Hayes, a delivery rider, gets a CX-2000 artificial heart after a crash. When the Crimson Rain Virus strikes, his heart resonates with viral energy, granting him the ability to freeze time. On his run for survival, he meets seven women with antibody powers.
They battle the Crimson Rain's creator, who has mutated into the Shadow Lord. In the final battle, Dylan overclocks his heart, unleashing the seven carriers' full power and defeating the Shadow Lord. After the apocalypse, Dylan opens a barbecue shop, and the seven survivors live a warm, peaceful life together.
