The story

Brenna and Kevin, once deeply in love, were torn apart by tragic misunderstandings and Brenna moved abroad to raise their son, Lucas, on her own. Five years later, fate brings them together once again. Kevin still loves Brenna, but he believes she has married and started a family and struggles with his complex feelings.

Brenna, under the assumption that Kevin is about to marry someone else, avoids confronting her feelings for him. As they both navigate their tangled emotions, they begin to realize the strength of their connection and the unbreakable bond between them. In the end, they resolve their misunderstandings and reunite as a family.
