The story

Ruby, a country girl, runs into the snowy mountain, because her family want to sell her off to an old man. In a cave, she meets Jere, the cursed crown prince, and they share a night. Six years later, when Jere meets her and her son Lyon, they don't recognize one another at first. But Jere hires them, asking Lyon to pretend to be his son to secure his succession. When Jere finds out the truth after another night with her, his uncle Marc, losing the chance to claim the throne, tries to kill Lyon.

Ruby falls of a cliff trying to save her son. She survives, and gives birth to Lana, her daughter with Jere, yet has lost her memory and become very sick. Meanwhile, Jere and Lyon keep looking for her. Will the separated family reunite?
