The protagonist, Fan Jun, is a resourceful, broad-minded, and loyal person. He is also a small-fry who loves money and having fun and focuses on technology and novel tricks. During an experiment of mixing cosmetics, an explosion occurred, and accidentally, he came to the fictional world of the female protagonist, Shen Qingyun.
With his series of inventions and creations and the unique business acumen from the modern world, he engaged in a battle of wits with Ma Sicong, a wealthy young master. While winning the ancient business war, he also won the hearts of many young ladies.
