The story

When Katherine got pregnant, she was shocked to find her mother-in-law Jolene was also expecting, triggering intense family conflicts. Katherine suffered great neglect and grievances during pregnancy and postpartum, building deep resentment. After Jolene gave birth at an advanced age, Katherine took revenge in the name of looking after her, making their relationship worse.
Family conflicts escalated from quarrels to legal battles over property and child custody. Although they eventually reached a settlement through legal mediation, the rift between them remained hard to repair. In the end, they kept their distance, reflecting the pain and growth in family relations.
