She was only a substitute, married off in her runaway sister's place, living in fear and repression. Dante discovered the truth — but instead of letting go, he locked her in the estate and claimed her. She fought, fled, and pushed back.

In the struggle, their true hearts emerged: Dante had stayed away out of respect and care. Elena had already fallen for him without realizing it. She tore up the divorce papers. They stopped pretending — and finally began their real marriage.
