Declan was transported to a world ravaged by monsters and plagued by recurring cycles. His familiarity with film and television plots gave him an inherent advantage. In his first cycle, The Walking Dead scenario, he was set up by Milo, an official's son, but managed a stunning comeback, completed the mission, earned a god-tier rating, and obtained points and superpowers.

After returning to reality, he refused an invitation from the Reincarnators' Association, prompting retaliation from its councilor Jonah, which he fought off decisively with his newfound abilities. Declan then took on multiple high-difficulty scenarios, seized several powerful skills, built his own faction, protected his family, and steadily rose to become the strongest figure in the reincarnation space.
