He Threw Away My Cat, I Threw Away Him

Athena Sterling’s husband, Ethan, throws out her beloved cat Snowball to please his college sweetheart, Vivian. After finding Snowball at a shelter, Athena returns home to catch Ethan cheating with Vivian. Heartbroken, she calls her estranged father: “Dad, I’m coming home.” Back with her wealthy family, Athena takes charge of PawsFirst and rebuilds her career with billionaire investor Julian Vance.

As Ethan and Vivian escalate their schemes to money laundering, corporate sabotage, and attempted murder, Athena refuses to back down. With Julian’s support, she turns the tables and sends them both to prison. Finally free from her broken marriage, Athena finds new love with Julian and builds the life she was meant to have—with Snowball by her side.
