The story
Evelyn Arden loved duke Lucien Storm for three years—never knowing she was only a shield for her sister, Vivian, the woman he truely loved. Betrayed, tortured, and heartbroken, Evelyn swaps weddings and marries the Empire’s cursed monster prince instead.
At the altar, Lucien realizes too late and chases after her. Can he win her back before she gives her heart to another man?
