Lydia, the CEO, infiltrated the factory posing as a disabled worker to expose the abuse. She uncovered systematic wage theft and violence by managers like Kevin and Sarah, even a past murder. After her cover was blown and she narrowly escaped death in a freezer, saved by her brother, she faked her death.

She then set a trap, tricking the corrupt management into a fraudulent scheme that led to their downfall, with deputy director Phil captured. The factory was reformed into a respectful, empowering home for its disabled staff.
