Aria Vance, the once-powerful High Arbiter of The Celestial Tribunal, gave up her authority to live a quiet life for her sister. When Vesperians ravage The Solarian borders and establish The Obsidian Syndicate to wreak havoc in The Southern Lands, Scarlet begs Aria to return. Aria declines to protect her sister's peace. She believes Elara Vance is happily married into The Hawthorne Family, unaware she is brutally abused. Her husband, Dexter Hawthorne, defects to the Vesperians and offers Elara to The Iron Duke's son to secure an alliance. Scarlet uncovers the truth and alerts Aria, prompting her long-awaited return! At a banquet, Aria is humiliated by the Hawthornes, the duke's son, and Evelyn Kraven, head of The Obsidian Syndicate. Scarlet and The Iron Duke intervene, and Aria reclaims her title as High Arbiter! Desperate, Evelyn threatens Elara's life, forcing Aria to sacrifice her own life force to save her sister. Still doubting Aria's identity, Evelyn summons The Crown Tribunal. Drawing The Phoenix Blade would prove her identity, but the damaged weapon might shatter.

Pushed to her limits, Aria draws the blade, proving who she is but destroying the sword! Aria executes the Commander of the Crown Tribunal, who is backed by The Duke of the South. Meanwhile, Sovereign Blackwood, Evelyn's master and Aria's nemesis, attacks. With her blade broken, Aria is outmatched until her allies sacrifice themselves as human shields. Their blood awakens The Phoenix Blade, allowing Aria to slay Blackwood. The Duke of the South then arrives to suppress Aria, taking the Sovereign of Solaria hostage, only to be betrayed by The Kraven Family. The Kravens challenge Aria with The Dragon Leyline at stake. Empowered by the fallen and wielding The Genesis Blade, Aria emerges victorious. Driven into a corner, the duke reveals his ultimate trump card: backing from The Paragon Sanctum to usurp the throne. In a shocking twist, Aria is revealed to be the long-lost daughter of the Sovereign of the Paragon Sanctum...
