As a child, Elias was forced off a cliff by the traitor Kayden. He was rescued and raised by a master, eventually becoming the Lord of Veyronde. While searching for the traitor's hidden identity, he fell in love with Olivia but was ambushed by enemies, leaving him severely injured and blind. Olivia refused to leave his side, making food deliveries and hauling cement to earn money for his treatment.

When she was forced into marrying into a wealthy family to cover his medical bills, Elias woke up and made a dramatic entrance at her wedding. With the might of the Lord of Veyronde, he crushed the powerful families of Fluvane and reunited with his three older sisters. In the end, he killed the traitor Kayden to avenge his mother, then held a grand wedding for Olivia with envoys from several nations in attendance.
