The story

A rainy-night car accident sends Avery and her husband Grant seven years into the past, before their marriage. Grant uses future knowledge to become a Wall Street wunderkind. Avery quietly marries Grant’s elder brother, Liam Whitmore—America’s richest man—and fulfills her dream of becoming a top neurosurgeon. At a class reunion, Grant and his girlfriend Sienna publicly humiliate Avery, even forcing her to kneel. Then Liam arrives with his entourage. The truth explodes: Avery is the wife of the nation’s wealthiest man. She forces Grant and Sienna to kneel and apologize. Later, Grant and Sienna’s son Cooper is diagnosed with a malignant tumor.
Only the legendary “Dr. Callahan” can save him. Sienna and her mother brutally abuse a woman they mistake for a nurse—breaking her hand—not knowing she is Dr. Callahan. Cooper dies. Grant loses everything and is diagnosed with terminal cancer. On his deathbed, he repents, but Avery rejects him. She and Liam embrace on a terrace, vowing eternal love.
