Nora, heiress to the Hayes fortune, hid her identity for six years to help her husband Cole become CEO of a medical group. But before her leg surgery, she discovers Cole forged documents to force her into donating bone marrow to save Milo, the son of his ex-girlfriend Tessa. Worse still, Cole had seen her only as a donor and a tool to seize her family trust from the start. Finally seeing the truth, Nora begins a seven-day countdown to reclaim her inheritance—freezing his access, taking back the mansion, and signing the divorce papers—turning her arrogant husband into her subordinate overnight.
Her childhood friend Wyatt, head of the Belmont family, stands by her while respecting her choices. As she seeks revenge, Nora uncovers hidden illegal medical schemes—PROJECT MATCH, fake paternity tests, embezzlement, and murder plots. Together with Wyatt, she investigates and brings everyone involved to justice. In the end, Nora reclaims her company and her life, builds a patient protection system, and with Wyatt, moves from "saving each other" to equal love and partnership.
