She uncovered the scam when a tax check revealed that Wesley already had both a son and a daughter, and even their marriage certificate was fake. Olivia, the mother-in-law, learned the truth and left Chloe the entire inheritance worth over $100 million.

Wesley and his mistress Valerie thought they could claim the fortune by driving Chloe away, but they learned at the funeral that the inheritance no longer concerned them. Holding the inheritance, Chloe executed her plan step by step as she reclaimed the properties, canceled the supplementary cards, and made the pair suffer before she finally took them to court.
