Top zoologist Zachary was reborn in 1983 as a debt-ridden, abusive gambler. To protect his wife and daughter, he ventured alone into the frozen mountains during winter and saved an injured wolf king, unlocking the ability to command all creatures.

He tamed a squirrel, a giant bear, a white ape, a massive python, and a black hawk to form a mountain army, clearing his debts by gathering herbs and hunting. After confronting villains like Carson and Dawson, he leased the barren hills, built a medicinal herb plantation and an animal rescue station, taught the villagers farming techniques, led the whole village to prosperity, and became the uncrowned king who watched over the wilderness.
